Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Welcome to Mepalwood. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any product information, images, inquiry forms, quotation requests, and business communication made through this website.

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. About This Website

Mepalwood operates as a B2B wooden decor, OEM/ODM, and wholesale inquiry website.

The website is intended for business users, including but not limited to importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, brands, gift companies, home decor buyers, seasonal decor buyers, sourcing teams, and other professional visitors.

This website does not function as a retail checkout store. Products shown on the website are presented for business reference, product selection, customization discussion, and quotation inquiry purposes.

2. Website Content for Reference Only

All product information, images, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, packaging details, MOQ references, lead time references, and other descriptions displayed on this website are provided for general business reference only.

Such information does not constitute a final offer, confirmed quotation, binding specification, production commitment, or supply guarantee.

Final product specifications, materials, dimensions, colors, finishes, packaging, pricing, MOQ, sample terms, lead time, delivery terms, and order details must be confirmed separately in writing based on the actual project requirements.

3. Product Images and Display Differences

Product images, lifestyle images, renderings, packaging images, color references, and material references shown on this website are for presentation and inquiry purposes.

Actual products may vary due to material characteristics, wood grain, handmade or semi-handmade processes, production batches, photography, lighting, display settings, customization requirements, and final sample confirmation.

For custom wooden decor projects, final appearance, dimensions, structure, packaging, and finishing details should be confirmed through written specifications, approved samples, or other agreed confirmation methods.

4. Inquiries and Quotation Requests

You may submit inquiries through website forms, email, or other available contact methods.

When submitting an inquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including product interests, estimated order quantity, customization needs, packaging requirements, target market, delivery requirements, and any other relevant project details.

A response to your inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order or binding commitment. Any quotation, recommendation, or preliminary project evaluation is subject to further review and written confirmation.

5. Quotations

Any quotation provided by Mepalwood is based on the information available at the time of quotation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations may be affected by factors such as product design, material selection, order quantity, packaging method, customization requirements, sample requirements, exchange rates, labor costs, raw material costs, freight conditions, and other project-specific factors.

A quotation is not final until confirmed in writing by both parties. Mepalwood reserves the right to revise or withdraw a quotation if project details, costs, specifications, or production conditions change.

6. Samples and Custom Development

Samples, prototypes, pre-production samples, or customized development work may be required for OEM/ODM or wholesale projects.

Sample availability, sample fees, mold fees, development fees, revision scope, production time, shipping cost, and approval process are confirmed case by case.

Any sample provided is for evaluation and confirmation purposes only. Bulk production may still vary within reasonable production tolerances unless exact standards are agreed in writing.

For custom projects, bulk production should be based on the final confirmed sample, approved artwork, confirmed specifications, or other written confirmation documents.

7. OEM/ODM and Custom Projects

For OEM, ODM, private label, custom packaging, custom shape, custom size, custom color, seasonal collection, or project-based development, all requirements must be reviewed and confirmed before production.

Custom project details may include:

  • Product design or reference concept
  • Material and finish requirements
  • Size and structure
  • Logo, label, or branding requirements
  • Packaging method
  • Estimated order quantity
  • Target market requirements
  • Testing, certification, or compliance requirements, if applicable
  • Sample confirmation and approval process
  • Delivery schedule and shipping terms

Mepalwood may decline or adjust a custom request if the project is not technically feasible, commercially suitable, legally appropriate, or compatible with available production conditions.

8. Order Confirmation

An order is not confirmed by submitting a website inquiry, sending a message, requesting a quote, or discussing project details.

An order is considered confirmed only when the relevant commercial terms, product details, payment terms, production requirements, delivery terms, and other necessary conditions are agreed in writing by both parties.

Depending on the project, confirmation documents may include a proforma invoice, sales confirmation, purchase order, approved sample, confirmed artwork, packaging specification, or other written agreement.

9. Payment Terms

Mepalwood does not process online payments through this website.

Payment terms, payment methods, deposit requirements, balance payment, bank charges, sample fees, mold fees, packaging fees, and other payment-related conditions are confirmed separately in writing for each project.

You should not submit credit card information, payment account information, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information through general inquiry forms.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are confirmed separately based on the project, destination, order quantity, packaging method, cargo volume, delivery schedule, and agreed trade terms.

Any delivery time, production time, or shipping estimate provided during inquiry communication is for reference only unless confirmed in writing.

Mepalwood is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, force majeure events, port congestion, inspection delays, incorrect delivery information, buyer-side document delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Buyer Responsibilities

When submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Your requested product, design, logo, artwork, packaging, or branding does not infringe third-party rights
  • Your import, distribution, labeling, testing, certification, or compliance requirements are clearly communicated
  • You review and confirm samples, specifications, artwork, packaging, and commercial terms before production
  • You comply with applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, and market requirements in your destination country or region

Mepalwood may provide general product or project suggestions, but the buyer is responsible for confirming whether the products are suitable for their intended market, use, and regulatory requirements.
